Siemens Centre of Excellence MIT Campus
Siemens Centre of Excellence(SCoE) was Established in collaboration with M/s. Siemens and TNSDC on October 10, 2018, SCoE-MIT serves as the primary center for the five Technical Skill Development Institutes(t-SDIs) established in various institutions across Tamil Nadu with Siemens contributing Rs. 492.16 crores and the Tamil Nadu state government contributing Rs. 54.68 crores. The centre has 14 state-of-the-art laboratories equipped with Siemens hardware and software. Totally 69 skill development courses are offered for students of Diploma and Degree programmes in Engineering. Additionally, the centre provides Internships, industrial consultancy, project guidance, Faculty development programmes and other collaborative activities.
